Vila Champagne has 3 three spacious air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, modern living and dining room with a fully equipped kitchen.

There is private pool with jacuzzi surrounded by an outdoor seating area and an outdoor Sala to watch the best sunset view in the Koh Samui island while enjoying your favorite cocktail at the end of a day in the sun.

Vila Champagne has a private infinity pool with jacuzzi surrounded by a large sunbathing terrace that has it's own washroom with outside shower and a landscaped area with tropical plants and coconut trees.

The villa has an outside wooden deck to relax and eating "al-fresco" style. The outside private beachfront sala is perfect for enjoying a massage or the sun at the end of the day.

The villa has a modern decor comfortable living room and dining room (seating six people) with large glass sliding doors that opens up the room on two sides to the terrace with panoramic sea view.

Multi-channel satellite plasma television, DVD player and surround sound music system is available for use.

There is also a fully fitted western kitchen equipped with everything you will need to cook your meals. The kitchen is equipped with electric hob, oven, and fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and all cooking utensils.

The Master bedroom ("The White Vase" room) is located facing the ocean. It has large glass sliding doors on two sides of the room with direct access to the pool area with sea views beyond.

It has a king size bed, nightstands and dressing table with mirror. It also has an en-suite bathroom with a private WC, bath and a shower enclosure with two washbasins.

"The Gold Fish" room is also located facing the ocean. It has large glass sliding doors with direct access to the pool area with sea views and beyond. It has a Queen size bed, nightstands and dressing table with mirror. It also has an en-suite bathroom with a WC, shower enclosure and a marble top washbasin.

The “Music Bedroom” is to the rear of the White Vase bedroom, with large size twin beds, nightstand, dresser. The en-suite bathroom has a WC, shower enclosure and a washbasin.

Cancellation Policy :


A completed booking form and an initial deposit of 35% of the total charge is required to confirm a booking. No contract shall exist until we have received the assigned booking form together with the correct deposit payment or full payment and we have confirmed the reservation in writing. Bookings are accepted on a first come, first served basis. If the payment is not received within 5 banking days the booking shall be considered cancelled.

Payment of the outstanding balance must be received at least 60 days prior to arrival. If we do not receive the balance by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and cancellation charges will apply.For bookings of less than one week (4 - 6 nights) or for bookings made within 45 days of arrival, full payment is due at the time of the booking.
